Services are provided based on agreed pricing. Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
InnolyticAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the past 12 months.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
